The most relevant cookbook of our decade

I wish I could give this book 10 stars!!! Outstanding new recipes that tantilize the taste and soothe your soul. Perhaps the most relevant cookbook of the decade! I have been a healthy eater for many years and one of the biggest challenges is finding great tasting food that is healthy for you. This book now has a prominent location in our kitchen. The author is a true artist that captures the essence of sustainable healthy living....on a plate.
As a Master Certified Health Coach, I will be recommending this book to all my clients.

I love this cokbook! I wish I could give it 10 stars!

I love this cokbook! I wish I could give it 10 stars! I've been plant based for 2 years and it has been a challenge to find good cookbooks that are EASY TO FOLLOW. I like the variety of recipes and ingredients (finally a plant based cook where not every recipe has nutritional yeast!). The first meals I made (batch cooked) were the Mushroom Herb Ragu (see pic) and Green Curry Portobellos and they were so easy and turned out great! Very flavorful! I had never eaten figs before but decided to also make the Rosemary and Fig Galette-lets. They also turned out great (despite me forgetting to brush on the topping). They reminded me of Christmas cookies, very festive but easy to make. I have to admit, I'm a visual learner and got Debbie's video course, "Plant Powerful Life GPS", along with this cookbook, and her video demonstration of several of the recipes (including the Galette-lets) was VERY helpful. I recommend this book (and her video course) to anyone looking for new, healthy, flavorful plant based meals. I'm certain that many of these recipes will become staples in our household.

A must for your collection!!

A few years ago I started eating a vegan diet on and off my cholesterol numbers went down, my weight went down and I felt better overall. But for some reason I went back to eating meats and dairy and I felt awful. Well a few months ago I decided what's wrong with me why don't I go back to plant-based diet! So I dug out all my cookbooks that I had which I love cookbook so I have quite a few vegan cookbooks and I saw Debbie's cookbook and I decided to give it a try. The first thing I do when I get a new cookbook is I look at every single recipe, then I go back with a pad of paper and a pen and I jot down all the ingredients I need to make everything I want to make well Debbie's cookbook has so many things that I want to try and I'm excited to try them! Everything looks so good, I can tell it's going to be one of my favorite plant-based cookbooks!!! This is the way everyone needs to cook especially with all the heart disease, diabetes and everything else that's out there these days this cookbook is a must !!! You will not be disappointed!
